This role requires deep industry expertise in Data Center, EPC or Telecom construction and a strategic mindset to lead large-scale projects in Hyderabad or Mumbai

Job Description

  • Lead and manage end-to-end construction activities for data centre projects in Hyderabad.
  • Develop and implement strategies to ensure project timelines, budget adherence, and quality standards are met.
  • Oversee vendor selection, contract negotiations, and resource allocation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align construction goals with organizational objectives.
  • Monitor project progress and address any issues to ensure seamless execution.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards in all construction activities.
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to the construction team, fostering a culture of excellence.
  • Prepare and present reports on project status to senior stakeholders.

The Successful Applicant

A successful EVP/President of Construction should have:

  • A strong educational background in engineering, construction management, or a related field.
  • Extensive experience in managing large-scale construction projects
  • Proven expertise in project management and strategic decision-making.
