It operates a large-scale refinery and fuel supply infrastructure, catering to both domestic and international markets, and plays a critical role in supporting energy security.

Job Description

  • Draft, review, and negotiate EPC contracts and related agreements.
  • Administer contracts across bespoke structures and standard frameworks such as FIDIC, World Bank, and ADB formats.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate contracts including JV agreements, NDAs, Professional Services Agreements, counter guarantees, O&M contracts, and General Conditions of Contract
  • Identify and mitigate legal risks associated with EPC projects.

The Successful Applicant

A successful EPC Counsel (Temp) should have:

  • A degree in Law from a recognized institution.
  • Proven expertise in handling EPC contracts and legal issues within the professional services sector.
