As an Enterprise Technology Engineer, you'll own and enhance the firm's Microsoft 365, security, and workplace technology environment across global offices. Also, you will work closely with the CTO to drive automation, AI adoption, endpoint management, and enterprise technology operations

A company in the financial services industry, specialising in investment and asset management.

Job Description

  • Own and manage the firm's Microsoft 365 ecosystem, including Entra ID, Intune, Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, and endpoint infrastructure.
  • Serve as the primary technology owner across global offices, ensuring a secure, reliable, and seamless employee technology experience.
  • Lead identity, access, and security initiatives such as MFA, device compliance, endpoint security, governance reviews, and security best practices.
  • Drive automation and AI adoption by implementing tools and workflows using PowerShell, Python, Power Automate, Copilot, and other AI solutions.
  • Manage technology vendors, SaaS platforms, licensing, hardware lifecycle, and the MSP relationship while working closely with the CTO on strategic technology improvements.

The Successful Applicant

We're looking for someone who has:

  • Experience in enterprise technology systems (3-6 years).
  • Knowledge of IT infrastructure and tools.
  • Problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams.
  • Understanding of data security and compliance standards.
