About Our Client

Job Description

Your main accountabilities will be:

Tooling, automation & methodology - productivity engine of the EA team

* Elicit and document the EA team's needs, translate recurring pain points into tooling and automation requirements, and validate solutions with stakeholders.

* Build, maintain, and continuously improve the tooling and methods that make the architecture practice more productive: dashboards and decision-ready views (portfolio health, standards compliance, technical debt, governance KPIs), and the underlying data flows and templates behind them.

* Identify and implement automation and AI-enabled solutions to reduce manual effort across EA processes - data capture and reconciliation, portfolio analysis, documentation generation, reporting, governance follow-up - leveraging lowcode/no-code, workflow automation, and applied AI/GenAI, without requiring full software development.

* Configure and orchestrate integrations between LeanIX and the surrounding ecosystem (CMDB, ServiceNow, Snowflake, M365) using native connectors, APIs, and integration tools, to keep architecture data synchronized and reduce duplicate entry.

* Act as a methodology and productivity catalyst for the team: turn recurring manual tasks into repeatable, tooled, and where relevant automated workflows.LeanIX platform - operational Product Ownership

* Drive operational delivery and adoption of the SAP LeanIX architecture platform as operational Product Owner: manage and prioritize the backlog, run sprint rituals, and coordinate configuration and product implementation under the guidance of the France-based architecture product lead.

* Support fact sheet configuration, reports, and integrations (e.g. CMDB, SBOM) as defined by the architecture team.Data quality management in LeanIX

* Ensure the completeness, accuracy, and consistency of architecture data (applications, technologies, interfaces, business capabilities).

* Define and run data quality controls and remediation campaigns with data owners across the digital organization, automating detection and correction wherever possible.Architecture governance & project reviews - Asia region

* Coordinate and run the project review / architecture governance process for the Asia region: schedule reviews, prepare materials, track Architecture Decision Records (ADR) and follow-up actions.

* Act as Responsible (execution) for conformance checks and governance logistics; architecture decisions and exceptions remain Accountable to the senior architects /Architecture Review Board in France, with escalation for complex or non-standard cases.APM & TPM execution - Asia region

* Execute Application Portfolio Management (APM) and Technology Portfolio Management (TPM) processes for the Asia region: maintain portfolio data, support TIME-based assessments (Tolerate / Invest / Migrate / Eliminate), flag redundancies, unsupported technologies, and obsolescence.

* Contribute to portfolio rationalization analysis and surface candidates for decision by the architecture team.

The Successful Applicant

We're looking for someone who has:

* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

* 4-8 years of experience in IT, in roles such as Business Analyst with a technical orientation, EA/IT analyst, application portfolio analyst, technical IT consultant, or solution analyst.

* Business analysis skills: requirements elicitation, process analysis, data modeling, and stakeholder management - the ability to translate needs into tooled, repeatable solutions.

* Integration and configuration skills: ability to understand, configure, and orchestrate integrations between enterprise platforms (APIs, connectors, integration/iPaaS tools) - a configuration and assembly posture rather than software development.

* Automation and AI appetite: practical interest or experience in automation (lowcode/no-code, workflow automation) and in applying AI / GenAI to improve productivity - process automation, data quality, documentation, or analysis.

* Hands-on experience or strong interest in EA / IT management tooling - SAP LeanIX, EasyVista CMDB, or equivalent - and in Agile product/backlog management (sprint rituals).

Solid data quality and analytics skills; comfortable with dashboards and BI tools (Power BI / Qlik a plus). System design or middleware implementation skills are a plus.

* Familiarity with EA concepts and frameworks (TOGAF awareness; APM/TPM, portfolio rationalization) - formal certification is a plus, not a prerequisite.

* Experience in an industrial context (food, process industry, or pharma) is highly valued, including awareness of GxP / regulated environments.

* Fluent English (working language of the role); additional languages a plus.

* Rigor, autonomy, sense of service, and strong cross-cultural collaboration skills to work effectively with a remote France-based team.
