Job Description

Reporting to the Design Head / Director - Operations, you will:

  • Lead the electrical design function for complex crane and material handling systems.
  • Develop electrical concepts, schematics, wiring diagrams, and control system layouts.
  • Select components (motors, controllers, sensors) ensuring safety, performance, and cost-effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with mechanical, project, and quality teams to ensure seamless integration.
  • Ensure compliance with Indian and international codes (EU/American).
  • Drive testing, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Mentor and guide a technical team, ensuring delivery across multiple projects.

The Successful Applicant

  • Holds a B.E. / B.Tech. in Electrical (full-time).
  • Brings 15-18 years of electrical design experience in capital goods, heavy engineering, or material handling equipment.
  • Demonstrates expertise in PLC programming, drive control, schematic design, and system integration.
  • Has hands-on proficiency in EPlan software.
  • Possesses strong leadership, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
