About Our Client

  • A leading D2C health & wellness brand , clocking ~1000 Cr of topline

Job Description

  • Own a key function under the International SBU
  • Manage a team of 4-5 Program Managers
  • Drive the GTM of key projects
  • Own the P&L of the business charters assigned
  • Run A/B tests/ funnel analytics
  • Manage key International stakeholders

The Successful Applicant

A successful Entrepreneur in Residence (EIR) should have:

1. Solid verbal/written comm skills

2. ⁠Has run A/B tests/ funnel analytics in a consumer-facing role on customer acquisitions on retention

3. ⁠Team management ability - upto 5 members

4. ⁠Strong Relationship-building ability

5. ⁠Hunger/ Achiever
