Our client is a diversified financial services firm catering to investment banking, equity brokerage, private wealth and asset management clients

Job Description

  • Originate and execute Equity Capital Markets transactions across the Industrials and Chemicals sectors.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with promoters, CXOs, and key decision-makers within target companies.
  • Identify opportunities for IPOs, QIPs, rights issues, follow-on offerings, block deals, and other capital-raising transactions.
  • Drive client coverage initiatives and build a robust sector-specific pipeline.
  • Advise clients on capital structure, equity fundraising strategies, market positioning, and timing of transactions.
  • Coordinate with internal product teams including Investment Banking, M&A, Institutional Equities, and Research.

The Successful Applicant

  • 10+ years of experience in IB
  • Strong understanding of private capital markets including investor universe mapping, fund strategy, investment committee requirements, diligence expectations and deal process management.
