This 6-months secondment offers the opportunity to work on complex arbitration, litigation, and commercial disputes while partnering closely with senior legal leaders and external counsel.Chance to gain valuable exposure to the legal operations of a large FMCG business with a global footprint, supporting high-impact matters across markets.

Job Description

  • Handle dispute resolution processes effectively.
  • Provide legal advice and guidance on company matters.
  • Draft, review, and amend legal documents.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external legal advisors.
  • Manage legal risks and offer solutions.
  • Stay updated on legal developments in the FMCG sector.
  • Assist in negotiations related to disputes or contracts.

The Successful Applicant

  • LL.B/LL.M
  • PQE : 5 - 8 years
  • Prior experience in arbitration or practice at High Courts compulsory
  • Experience with dispute resolution in the FMCG or food industry.
  • Strong knowledge of legal compliance and regulatory frameworks.
  • Good communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
