About Our Client

Our client is a leading Growth Fund backed by a Large Asset manager. They look at growth investments across multiple sectors.

Job Description

  • Develop and implement strategic initiatives to drive growth in the Venture Capital and Private Equity division.
  • Oversee financial planning, forecasting, and risk management to ensure sustainable success.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including investors and partners.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to execute high-impact projects and deliver results.
  • Monitor market trends and identify opportunities for expansion and innovation.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards in all operations.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to team members for professional development.
  • Collaborate with other departments to achieve organisational goals and objectives.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Director should have:

  • A strong academic background in finance, economics, or a related field.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of the Financial Services industry, particularly in Venture Capital and Private Equity.
  • Proven experience in strategic leadership and decision-making roles.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication abilities to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing regulatory compliance and risk in financial operations.
  • A track record of successfully delivering results and driving organisational growth.
