Job Description

  • Lead and oversee all design initiatives across digital platforms.
  • Develop and implement a cohesive design strategy.
  • Collaborate with product and engineering teams to ensure seamless user experiences.
  • Mentor and manage a team of designers to achieve project goals.
  • Review and refine design outputs to maintain quality standards.
  • Stay updated on industry trends to incorporate best practices.
  • Work with stakeholders to align design objectives with business goals.
  • Ensure accessibility and usability in all design efforts.

The Successful Applicant

  • 12-18+ years of experience in Product Design, UX/UI, Experience Design, or related disciplines.
  • Proven experience leading large-scale design teams in high-growth consumer technology, e-commerce, marketplace, retail-tech, or digital-first organizations.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating successful delivery of complex consumer-facing products and experiences.
  • Experience building design organizations, operating models, and design systems at scale.
  • Deep understanding of user-centered design methodologies, qualitative and quantitative research, and design thinking practices.
  • Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
