Job Description

  • Provide technical support for MES systems to ensure seamless operations in the Technology department.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot MES-related issues to ensure minimal downtime.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for effective implementation and support of MES projects.
  • Conduct system testing and validation to ensure accuracy and reliability.
  • Maintain documentation for MES processes, updates, and troubleshooting guidelines.
  • Assist in system upgrades and patches to enhance MES functionality and security.
  • Provide training and guidance to users for effective utilization of MES systems.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and recommend solutions to optimize system performance.

The Successful Applicant

A successful MES Support should have:

  • A strong educational background in Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Experience working with MES systems in the Energy & Natural Resources industry, particularly in the Oil sector.
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting technical issues and implementing effective solutions.
  • Familiarity with system upgrades, patches, and documentation processes.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and communicate effectively.
  • A proactive approach to identifying and addressing areas for improvement in system performance.
