Lead cash-flow planning, liquidity management, banking operations, and the administration of existing credit facilities for a fast-growing, asset-intensive organization. Work closely with senior finance leadership to optimize working capital, strengthen treasury controls, and support the company's continued expansion. This is an individual contributor role.

About Our Client

Our client is a fast-growing, professionally managed listed organization with expanding operations and a significant asset base. As the business enters its next phase of growth, it is strengthening its finance function by appointing an experienced treasury professional to enhance liquidity management, banking operations, financial controls, and working-capital efficiency.

Location - Navi Mumbai

Work Week - Alt. Saturdays working (2nd, 4th and 5th Saturdays are off.)

Work Mode - From Office.

Job Description

  • Manage daily cash positions and short-term and rolling cash-flow forecasts.
  • Ensure adequate liquidity for operational, capex, statutory and debt-servicing requirements.
  • Monitor working-capital limits, term loans, repayment schedules, interest costs and available banking lines.
  • Manage drawdowns, repayments, renewals and documentation for existing facilities.
  • Track lender covenants and periodic compliance submissions.
  • Oversee bank accounts, payment controls, banking mandates and digital-banking access.
  • Coordinate with banks on operational matters and existing facility administration.
  • Optimize working-capital utilization and identify opportunities to reduce borrowing costs and idle cash.
  • Manage short-term surplus funds in line with the company's treasury policy.
  • Monitor foreign-exchange and interest-rate exposures, where applicable.
  • Prepare treasury MIS covering liquidity, borrowings, facility utilization, repayments and compliance.
  • Strengthen treasury processes, controls, SOPs and automation.

The Successful Applicant

  • CA/MBA Finance, PGDM Finance or equivalent qualification.
  • Approximately 8-12 years of experience, including strong corporate treasury exposure.
  • Hands-on experience in cash-flow forecasting, liquidity management, banking operations and working-capital facilities.
  • Experience managing existing term loans, repayments, covenants and lender documentation.
  • Strong understanding of treasury controls, payment processes and bank-account governance.
  • Experience in manufacturing, logistics, infrastructure, EPC, energy, automotive, or another asset-heavy sector preferred.
  • Strong analytical, stakeholder-management and treasury-MIS skills.
  • Should come from a corporate treasury role, rather than a purely banking, advisory or debt-fundraising background.
