Job Description

  • Lead and execute the organisation's Sustainability & ESG strategy, driving the Planet Positive 2030 vision and integrating sustainability into core business decisions.
  • Champion enterprise-wide initiatives across climate action, renewable energy, water stewardship, circular economy, biodiversity conservation, responsible sourcing and social impact.
  • Own ESG performance management, including goal setting, governance, compliance and reporting across frameworks such as GRI, BRSR, TCFD, CDP, SBTi, DJSI and MSCI.
  • Partner with senior leadership and the Board to identify sustainability opportunities, manage ESG risks and embed responsible growth across operations and new developments.
  • Enhance the organisation's ESG ratings, sustainability disclosures, industry recognition and external reputation through robust reporting and stakeholder engagement.
  • Represent the organisation with investors, regulators, NGOs, industry bodies and sustainability forums, positioning it as a leader in sustainable hospitality and responsible tourism.
  • Build and lead a high-performing sustainability team while fostering a culture of accountability, innovation and organisation-wide ownership of sustainability outcomes.

The Successful Applicant

  • 15+ years of experience in Sustainability, ESG or Corporate Responsibility leadership roles.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing enterprise-wide sustainability strategies.
  • Strong expertise in ESG reporting frameworks including GRI, BRSR, TCFD, CDP and SBTi.
  • Experience influencing Boards, CXOs, investors, regulators and external stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated success in improving ESG ratings, disclosures, awards and industry recognition.
  • Strategic leader with strong stakeholder management, change management and communication skills.
  • Passionate about driving measurable environmental and social impact at scale within a complex, multi-location organisation.
