As a Senior DevOps Engineer/Lead, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing the tools and processes that enable agile software development and continuous delivery. You will work closely with development, operations, and QA teams to streamline the development process, enhance productivity, and ensure the reliability and scalability of our infrastructure

Job Description

· Design and implement secure automation solutions for development, testing, and production environments.

· Manage and maintain CI/CD tools to accelerate software development and deployment.

· Develop and maintain documentation for DevOps processes and systems.

· Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve infrastructure issues in development, test, and production environments.

· Collaborate with software developers to streamline the development to deployment process.

· Build and maintain tools for monitoring, notification, and analytics.

· Conduct system tests for security, performance, and availability.

· Develop and improve operational practices and procedures.

· Ensure critical resolution of system issues using the best cloud security solutions.

The Successful Applicant

A successful DevOps Lead should have:

· Extensive experience in DevOps engineering and team management.

· Knowledge of debugging with programming languages such as Python, Java, or similar.

· Proficiency in CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitLab, Argo CD, or similar.

· Experience setting up code scanners such as Snyk & SonarQube.

· Familiarity with OpenTelemetry & ClickHouse implementation with monitoring tools like Prometheus, Grafana, or similar.

· Strong understanding of cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP) and infrastructure as code (Terraform, CloudFormation).

· Experience with SSH, SFTP server, Tomcat (WAR), JAR deployments, and nginx.

· Experience with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).

· Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

· Ability to mentor and guide junior DevOps engineers/interns.

· Strong communication and collaboration skills.
