Our client is a leading global financial services group with a strong presence across wealth and investment domains.

Job Description

  • Draft, review, and negotiate Global Markets documentation including ISDA,CSA, CTA, GMRA, GMSLA, MSLA, and MSFTA agreements.
  • Provide legal and regulatory advisory on derivatives, securities financing transactions, and regulations such as Dodd-Frank, EMIR, and FINRA.
  • Conduct legal risk assessments, collateral reviews, and netting analysis to support business objectives.
  • Collaborate with global stakeholders across AEJ, EMEA, and US regions.



The Successful Applicant

We're looking for someone who has:

  • A degree in law or equivalent qualification.
  • 7-14 years of experience in Global Markets/Derivatives legal documentation.
  • Excellent drafting, negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
