About Our Client

Our client is a leading global financial services organization with a strong presence across investment banking, capital markets, and global markets businesses.

Job Description

  • Lead the drafting, review and negotiation of Global Markets documentation including ISDA, CSA, GMRA, GMSLA, Prime Brokerage and related agreements.
  • Provide legal and regulatory advisory on derivatives, repo, securities lending and capital markets transactions.
  • Drive documentation strategy and regulatory change initiatives across global jurisdictions including EMEA, US and Asia.
  • Conduct legal risk assessments and support complex contract negotiations.

The Successful Applicant

We're looking for someone who has:

  • LLB/LLM from a recognised institution.
  • 18+ years of experience in Global Markets/Derivatives Documentation.
  • Excellent negotiation, stakeholder management and leadership skills.
