Job Description

  • Develop and maintain demand forecasts based on historical data, market trends, and business insights.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and production teams to gather inputs for accurate forecasting.
  • Monitor inventory levels and ensure alignment with demand forecasts to avoid overstock or stock-outs.
  • Prepare and present detailed reports on demand trends and forecasting accuracy.
  • Identify and address potential supply chain risks to minimise disruptions.
  • Utilise forecasting tools and software to enhance planning efficiency and accuracy.
  • Maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials.
  • Continuously improve demand planning processes and methodologies for better results.
  • Establish and improve S&OP processes for the NAM and Europe business.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Demand Planner should have:

  • A degree in supply chain management, business administration, or a related field.
  • Experience in demand planning or supply chain management, preferably in the FMCG, Food industry or Consumer Goods.
  • Proficiency in using forecasting tools and software.
  • Experience handling high SKU complexity. (500+)
  • Relevant work experience of 4-9 years.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration with production, logistics and supply chain teams.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.



Relevant demand planning experience in US/UK/Europe is a plus.
