Job Description

  • Own end-to-end program delivery including planning, resource allocation, execution, and governance.
  • Drive strategic and tactical project decisions while ensuring delivery timelines, quality standards, and customer expectations are met.
  • Manage stakeholders across customers, business teams, and technical teams, ensuring seamless communication and issue resolution.
  • Translate customer requirements into business and technical specifications while managing scope, risks, and dependencies.
  • Track and report key project metrics including sprint progress, testing status, risks, issues, and overall program health.

The Successful Applicant

We're looking for someone who has:

  • Experience handling issues that affect project timelines.6+ years of experience in Project or Program Management, preferably within software product or SaaS organizations.
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, SDLC, project planning, and release management.
  • Proven track record of driving complex customer implementations and cross-functional initiatives.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
