Job Description

  • Driving platform consolidation and modernization.
  • Driving convergence between technology vision, product strategy, and business outcomes.
  • Creating a unified Product and Technology roadmap across both businesses. Aligning engineering, product strategy, and execution under one leadership umbrella.
  • Simplifying tech and product complexity resulting from the integration. Building a seamless customer experience across products and platforms
  • Positioning as a one-stop, unified customer engagement and commerce platform.
  • Establishing the next-generation AI-first product strategy.
  • Building products that are Agentic AI-ready and future-proof for the next 6 to 12 months and beyond.
  • Ensuring to stay ahead of industry trends through innovation and technology leadership.



The Successful Applicant

We're looking for someone who has:

  • 18+ years of experience with a strong background in engineering and product.
  • Having experience of working in SaaS based company , leading large teams 150 to 200 +.
  • Experience in a leadership role, particularly at the C-suite level.
  • Excellent decision-making and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and senior stakeholders
  • Proven ability to manage budgets and resources effectively.
