Job Description

  • Develop and implement CRM strategies to improve customer engagement and retention.
  • Work on capillary system (Loyalty platform)
  • Design and manage loyalty programs tailored to the fashion and apparel segment.
  • Analyse customer data to identify trends, preferences, and areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create targeted campaigns that align with business goals.
  • Monitor and report on the performance of loyalty programs and CRM initiatives.
  • Ensure seamless integration of CRM platforms with other business systems.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and implement best practices in CRM and loyalty strategies.
  • Provide training and support to team members on CRM tools and processes.

The Successful Applicant

A successful CRM & Loyalty Lead should have:

  • MBA from tier 1/ tier 2
  • Data Tools Proficiency - Power BI, Python, SQL
  • A proven track record of designing and managing successful loyalty programs.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret customer data and generate actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to stay updated on emerging trends and adapt strategies accordingly.
