Job Description

  • Service Design and Delivery: * Ensure consistent service delivery across all touchpoints including Sales Offices, Customer's Home/Office visits, phone/email/SMS communications, and documentation.
  • Develop and implement SOPs and checklists for all processes to uphold high service quality standards.
  • Monitor Customer Satisfaction, make necessary enhancements, and design daily workflows for efficient workload management. Transactional Process Management:
  • Manage payment collections, accurate documentation, and efficiently resolve queries and systemic issues.
  • Maintain low complaint escalation and cancellation rates while ensuring high revenue assurance. Business Process and Re-engineering: * Establish streamlined processes for quick Turnaround Time (TAT) and response times.
  • Conduct qualitative and quantitative assessments to optimize revenue and operational efficiency.
  • Manage post-sale operations within CRM and implement regulatory compliance.
  • Contribute to SAP & SFDC implementation across projects. Overall Responsibilities:
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction, define service standards, lead end-to-end customer lifecycle management, optimize processes, collaborate with teams, and develop revenue optimization strategies and manage team performance.
  • Lead and motivate team, define KPIs, provide guidance and support for development, and recognize and reward high performance

The Successful Applicant

  • Preferably 20+ Years of experience in areas pertaining to Customer Relationship Management.
  • The candidate should have at least 10 years of hard-core Real Estate Customer Service experience and been involved directly in Customer Care operations.
