Job Description

  • Manage financial planning and budgeting processes.
  • Analyse financial performance and prepare reports.
  • Provide insights to support decision-making.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations.
  • Work with internal teams to optimise financial operations.
  • Identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency.
  • Oversee cash flow management and forecasting.
  • Support strategic financial projects and initiatives.

The Successful Applicant

We're looking for someone who has:

  • A CA/ MBA (Finance) with minimum 4-5 years of experience.
  • Experience in the property or real estate sector (Preferred)
  • Confidence in financial analysis and reporting, financial modelling etc.
  • Knowledge of Indian financial regulations.
  • The ability to work well with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
