Job Description

  • Drive the overall business strategy, growth roadmap, and operational priorities.
  • Drive business development, customer acquisition, and revenue growth initiatives.
  • Build and strengthen relationships with key customers, channel partners, consultants, project organisations, and institutional stakeholders.
  • Lead manufacturing, supply chain, procurement, planning, logistics, quality, and engineering functions.
  • Drive productivity, efficiency, quality, and continuous improvement initiatives across the value chain.
  • Enhance capacity utilisation, operational performance, and working capital effectiveness.

The Successful Applicant

  • 20+ years of experience in manufacturing-led organisations.
  • Demonstrated experience leading large-scale operations with full business and P&L responsibility.
  • Strong background across Operations, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Procurement, Engineering, and Commercial functions.
  • Proven track record of driving business growth, operational excellence, and profitability improvement.
  • Experience in customer-facing leadership roles, business development, or commercial management.
  • Demonstrated success in managing cross-functional leadership teams.
  • Strong strategic thinking, execution capability, and stakeholder management skills.
