The Construction Manager (Civil/MEP) is responsible for leading on‑site execution, schedule control, quality, safety, contractor management, and stakeholder communication across the full construction lifecycle of projects in India
  • Ownership of end‑to‑end civil construction execution
  • High visibility role with direct reporting to the Project Director - Real Estate

Job Description

  • Plan, manage, and execute construction projects, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.
  • Supervise MEP and civil works, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and safety protocols.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Monitor project budgets, schedules, and resources to avoid delays or cost overruns.
  • Review and approve technical drawings, specifications, and project documentation.
  • Ensure adherence to the company's quality and safety standards across all construction activities.
  • Resolve any on-site issues or challenges promptly, maintaining effective communication with all parties.
  • Prepare and present project progress reports to management and stakeholders.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Civil/Mechanical/Electrical)
  • Advanced degree or PMP / equivalent certification preferred
  • 12-15 years of progressive construction management experience, including large‑scale industrial projects
  • Strong understanding of civil works, construction processes, and interface with MEP systems
  • Working knowledge of AutoCAD, BIM, MS Project, Primavera
  • Ability to interpret complex drawings, specifications, and schedules
  • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to perform in a fast‑paced, high‑compliance environment
