Job Description

  • Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis to support business priorities and strategic decision-making.
  • Partner with the leadership team to drive business performance, profitability, and P&L outcomes across the organisation.
  • Prepare clear and insightful financial reports, dashboards, and presentations for leadership, board, and investor review.
  • Lead investor relations activities, including stakeholder communications, board interactions, fundraising support, and performance reporting.
  • Drive M&A initiatives including target evaluation, financial due diligence, deal execution, integration planning, and post-merger integration.
  • Support strategic initiatives, capital allocation decisions, and business transformation programs to accelerate growth and operational excellence.

The Successful Applicant

We're looking for someone who has:

  • Experience leading the finance function in a senior leadership capacity.
  • Prior experience serving in a leadership role within a publicly listed organisation.
  • Proven experience leading investor relations, including engagement with investors, analysts, and other external stakeholders.
  • Strong knowledge of financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance management.
  • Experience partnering with senior business leaders to drive strategic and commercial outcomes.
  • Sound understanding of financial controls, governance, compliance, and reporting processes.
  • Demonstrated exposure to M&A activities, including deal evaluation, due diligence, transaction execution, and post-merger integration.
