Candidates with a CA qualification + (CS preferred) and 5-9 years of PQE, possessing strong expertise in FEMA regulations, GIFT City framework, RBI/SEBI/secretarial compliances, and regulatory advisory, preferably within a fast-paced financial services group should apply.
  • Candidates with 5-9 yrs in Secretarial/FEMA/Gift City compliances should apply.
  • Candidates based in Mumbai or willing to relocate to Mumbai should apply.

Job Description

* Exposure to GIFT City, FEMA and regulatory advisory environments is highly preferred.

* RBI/SEBI Compliance Advisory & Regulatory Interpretation

* Secretarial, Board & Shareholder Meeting Compliances

* Regulatory Filings, Inspections & Audits

* Good to Have: Tax Structuring & Regulatory Structuring

The Successful Applicant

We're looking for someone who has:

  • CA qualification is mandatory; CS is good to have.
  • Candidates should have 5-9 years of PQE with relevant experience in the consulting, advisory, or BFSI sector.
  • Strong stakeholder management and regulatory interpretation skills
