About Our Client

Our client is a leading global alternative investment platform with a strong presence across private equity and real assets.

Job Description

  • Manage Board, Committee, and Shareholder documentation, including agendas, minutes, and statutory records.
  • Ensure end to end secretarial compliance with Companies Act, SEBI (AIF, IA, PM), LODR, and FEMA regulations.
  • Handle statutory filings and regulatory submissions with MCA, ROC, RBI, and Depositories.
  • Coordinate with regulators, auditors, RTAs, directors, and JV partners on secretarial matters.
  • Support listed / public company compliances, including IPO‑related secretarial requirements (preferred).

The Successful Applicant

A successful Company Secretary should have:

  • CS qualified with 8-10 years of PQE in fund‑side company secretarial roles.
  • Experience with AIFs and listed or public company compliances under Companies Act, SEBI, and LODR is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
