Job Description

  • Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts and agreements.
  • Provide legal advice on business operations and compliance.
  • Identify and mitigate legal risks within the business.
  • Support dispute resolution and manage legal claims.
  • Ensure compliance with local laws and regulations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external legal counsel when required.
  • Maintain accurate legal records and documentation.
  • Stay updated on changes in laws relevant to the FMCG and food industry.

The Successful Applicant

  • LL.B/LL.M
  • PQE: 6 - 10 years
  • Experience in commercial law, especially in the FMCG or food sector (preferred)
  • Strong knowledge of contract drafting and negotiation.
  • Good understanding of compliance and regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
