Job Description

  • Draft, review, and negotiate complex commercial agreements across multiple global jurisdictions, including technology and infrastructure contracts, market data agreements, and service-level arrangements,etc.
  • Manage external counsel and collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders and regional legal teams either across EMEA, the US or APAC region
  • Provide legal risk assessments and advise diverse business units on legal, regulatory, and compliance matters.
  • Lead legal teams and deliver strategic guidance on complex, cross‑border transactions worldwide.

The Successful Applicant

A successful VP of Legal should have:

  • A degree in law from a recognised institution.
  • Proven experience in financial services or investment banking and drafting complex contracts.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills with ability to manage multiple priorities.
