Job Description

  • Strategic Partnership: Partner with Founders on core strategy, decision-making, and business reviews.
  • Execution: Drive and monitor key priorities across product, growth, and marketing.
  • Special Projects: Own end-to-end initiatives-new business opportunities, partnerships, and process fixes.
  • Data & Analytics: Build dashboards and models to track business metrics.

The Successful Applicant

We're looking for someone who has:

  • Experience in strategy, consultancy, or similar roles.
  • Strong organisational and project management skills.
  • Confidence using office tools for reports and presentations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to work well with senior leadership and stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of the financial services industry, especially fund management, is a plus.
