Job Description

  • Driving high-impact strategic projects across growth, market entry, GTM, business planning, and transformation.
  • Supporting the CEO in identifying, evaluating, and executing new business opportunities.
  • Conducting market research, competitive benchmarking, business analysis, and financial evaluation to support decision-making.
  • Working with leadership teams across businesses to define priorities, track execution, and ensure timely delivery of key initiatives.
  • Leading cost optimisation and operational improvement projects across functions and business units.
  • Preparing strategic documents, business plans, board/leadership presentations, and decision notes.
  • Acting as a central coordination point between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Bringing structure, analytical rigour, and execution discipline to ambiguous and high-priority business problems.



The Successful Applicant

The successful candidate will be an MBA graduate from a top-tier business school with 3-5 years of post-MBA experience, preferably from a Tier 1 consulting firm. They should have strong problem-solving ability, executive presence, and experience working on strategy, growth, transformation, market entry, GTM, or cost optimisation projects.

The ideal candidate will be highly analytical, structured, and comfortable working in fast-paced, ambiguous environments. They should be able to engage with senior stakeholders, convert strategy into execution, and bring a strong ownership mindset to cross-business priorities.
