Job Description

  • Drive execution of strategic priorities set by the Promoters and leadership team.
  • Monitor business performance through dashboards, KPIs, OKRs, and management reports.
  • Lead weekly business reviews across Sales, Finance, Operations, Procurement, Inventory, HR, and New Projects.
  • Coordinate annual planning, quarterly reviews, and cross-functional initiatives.
  • Develop data-driven insights and decision-support models for leadership.
  • Manage high-impact projects including ERP implementation, CRM rollout, AI adoption, automation, international expansion, fundraising, M&A activities, and governance initiatives.
  • Act as a central bridge between Promoters, senior leadership, and regional teams to remove execution bottlenecks and accelerate results.
  • Drive accountability through action trackers, milestone reviews, and performance monitoring.



The Successful Applicant

  • 3-8 years of experience in Consulting, Investment Banking, Founder's Office, Chief of Staff, Private Equity, Strategy, or high-growth startup environments.
  • Graduate from a top-tier institution such as IIT, IIM, ISB, or a leading global university preferred.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with expertise in financial modelling, business analytics, and project management.
  • Proficient in Excel, Power BI/Tableau, AI tools, and performance reporting.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills with the ability to influence without formal authority.
  • Highly ambitious, organized, detail-oriented, intellectually curious, and comfortable working directly with senior leadership and Promoters.
  • Demonstrates strong ownership, integrity, resilience, and a bias for action.
