Our client is a leading manufacturer of power semicon devices addressing requirements of EV, Renewable, and Energy clients.

Job Description

  • Lead end‑to‑end operations across fabrication, ATMP setup, facilities management, and enterprise-wide supply chain & procurement to ensure seamless and scalable execution.
  • Drive manufacturing ramp‑up by establishing robust production systems, improving throughput, and ensuring world‑class quality standards, yield performance, and operational reliability.
  • Champion operational excellence by implementing advanced methodologies in safety, process control, cost optimization, and continuous improvement to meet ambitious efficiency and margin goals.
  • Oversee production planning and capacity expansion, aligning operational priorities with strategic business objectives, customer demand, and long-term technology roadmap.
  • Establish high-performance teams and governance systems to strengthen cross-functional coordination, enhance decision-making agility, and support the company's growth and scale-up ambitions.



The Successful Applicant

  • Semiconductor operations leadership as COO or VP (or equivalent), with experience of successfully running Fab and ATMP operations focused on efficiency, cost, scalability.
  • Hands‑on experience setting up new fabs or greenfield semiconductor sites, including ramp-up from pilot to high-volume
  • Strong expertise in wafer fab operations - process integration, yield improvement, cycle‑time reduction, and production planning
    Understanding of wide bandgap / power semiconductor manufacturing plus experience with assembly, test, packaging, technology transfer, and NPI.
  • Mastery in quality, EHS, and operational excellence, including semiconductor-grade QMS, yield optimization, materials/equipment procurement, and vendor risk management.
