Job Description

  • Lead the financial planning and analysis processes to drive strategic decision-making.
  • Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Oversee month-end activities, statutory compliance, tax matters and audits.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial goals with business objectives.
  • Manage risk assessment and implement effective internal controls.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain accurate financial records.
  • Develop strategies for cost optimisation and revenue growth in the electronics industry.
  • Provide financial insights and recommendations to the executive leadership team.
  • Lead and mentor the finance team to achieve organisational goals.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Chief Financial Officer should have:

  • Professional qualification - qualified chartered accountant.
  • Minimum of 10+ years of experience post-qualification.
  • Expertise in the manufacturing industry and familiarity with its financial operations.
  • Proven experience in financial planning, budgeting, and reporting.
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance standards.
  • Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
