The role is seeking a strategic, hands-on Chief Financial Officer (CFO) who will lead the organization's financial strategy, compliance, and governance. The role requires a leader with strong financial acumen, exposure to capital markets, understanding of technology, and experience in building scalable systems, processes, and teams.

  • Work closely with the BOD, Management group for organisation wide agenda items

Job Description

  • Develop and execute a financial strategy aligned with business goals.
  • Lead budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and performance analysis.
  • Ensure strong internal controls, risk management, and compliance frameworks.
  • Present financial reports and insights to the Board and senior leadership.
  • Optimize capital structure, working capital, and cash flow strategic planning management.
  • Ensure adherence to statutory, regulatory, tax, and audit requirements.
  • Strengthen corporate governance and financial transparency standards.
  • Manage relationships with auditors, regulators, and external stakeholders
  • Strategic thinking and commercial acumen
  • Strong leadership and decision-making ability
  • Analytical and problem-solving mindset
  • High integrity and governance orientation
  • Ability to manage complex, cross-functional operations & strike balance with maturity



The Successful Applicant

· Experience in a high-growth or scaling organization.

· Exposure to capital markets transactions, fundraising, or M&A.

  • Familiarity with ERP implementation and digital finance transformation.ERP / digital transformation leadership
