Job Description

  • Head all commercial functions including Sales & Marketing, Procurement, Purchase, and Project Commercials
  • Drive top-line growth while ensuring margin optimisation and cost discipline
  • Own full P&L responsibility, including forecasting, budgeting, and commercial governance
  • Provide strategic direction on project viability, pricing, and contract negotiations
  • Act as a key customer-facing leader, representing the organisation with senior stakeholders
  • Build and lead senior teams including AVPs, Project Heads, Zonal Sales Heads, and Purchase leadership
  • Partner closely with Operations, CTO, and Finance to ensure execution excellence
  • Establish performance-driven culture with strong review mechanisms and accountability
  • Track market trends, competitor movements, and allied industry opportunities
  • Support organisational scale-up, with growing team size across projects and commercial functions

The Successful Applicant

  • Senior commercial leader from PEB, structural steel, or allied project-driven industries
  • Strong exposure to full P&L management
  • Background in Operations or Sales & Marketing with strong commercial orientation
  • Experience in industries such as steel structures, bridges, railways, oil & gas rigs, or EPC projects
  • Aggressive, execution-focused, and data-driven decision-maker
  • Ability to quickly understand complex businesses and break down commercial problems
  • Confident communicator with strong presentation skills and global stakeholder exposure
  • Comfortable operating in a high-visibility role reporting directly to CEO / MD
