Job Description

The key responsibilities include:

  1. Lead the overall commercial agenda across the hospital network, encompassing sales, marketing, and business development.
  2. Build and scale institutional and corporate sales channels, including PSU and corporate partnerships.
  3. Drive digital marketing initiatives and customer acquisition strategies.
  4. Establish and scale high-performing commercial teams across existing and new locations.
  5. Support the organization's greenfield and brownfield expansion plans.
  6. Develop and execute strategic growth initiatives across North India markets.
  7. Create scalable processes and commercial frameworks to support rapid organizational growth.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Chief Business Officer should have:

  1. Strong experience across Sales & Marketing leadership.
  2. Proven exposure to Digital Marketing and lead-generation strategies.
  3. Experience managing Institutional & Corporate Sales, including PSUs and corporate accounts.
  4. Demonstrated success in building teams, setting up new locations, and driving both greenfield and brownfield expansions.
  5. Strong strategic thinking and business planning capabilities.
  6. Prior success in scaling businesses and commercial organizations.
  7. Deep familiarity with North India markets.
