  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of strategic initiatives and recommend improvements.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to senior management for decision-making processes.
  • Support change management initiatives and ensure smooth implementation of new strategies.
  • Prepare reports and presentations to communicate strategic plans and updates effectively.
  • Stay updated with industry developments and emerging trends in the chemical industry.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Strategy DGM should have:

  • A strong educational background in business administration, strategy, or a related field.
  • Proven expertise in strategic planning, consultancy, and change management.
  • Experience in the industrial or chemical industry will be an advantage.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong ability to communicate and present ideas effectively to stakeholders.
