Job Description

  • Develop and implement financial strategies to drive business growth and profitability.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and financial reporting standards.
  • Provide strategic recommendations to the leadership team based on financial analysis.
  • Manage relationships with external stakeholders, including auditors and financial institutions.
  • Lead and mentor the accounting and finance team to achieve operational excellence.
  • Identify and mitigate financial risks to safeguard the organisation's assets.
  • Evaluate and implement financial systems and tools to enhance efficiency.

The Successful Applicant

A successful CFO should have:

  • CA ( 20 Years Work Experience) / MBA Tier 1 Colleges
  • Prior experience in renewable energy
  • Proven expertise in managing financial operations within the professional services or consultancy sector.
  • Strong analytical and decision-making skills to support strategic initiatives.
  • Experience in regulatory compliance and financial reporting.
  • The ability to lead and inspire a high-performing finance team.
  • A track record of successfully implementing financial systems or process improvements.
