Job Description

  • Oversee all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive financial performance and growth.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and maintain strong internal controls.
  • Lead and mentor the finance team to achieve organizational goals.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to drive business decisions and strategic initiatives.
  • Evaluate investment opportunities and manage capital allocation effectively.
  • Monitor cash flow, treasury functions, and working capital management.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to improve profitability and operational efficiency.

The Successful Applicant

A successful CFO should have:

  • A CA qualification
  • Proven expertise in financial management within manufacturing/FMCG industry.
  • Experience in handling financial planning, analysis, and reporting.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Knowledge of compliance and regulatory requirements in the financial domain.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
