Job Description

  • Lead overall business strategy, P&L, and growth while scaling the industrial & logistics platform across key markets.
  • Drive asset development, leasing, and monetization, while managing JVs, investors, and capital partnerships.
  • Build and lead cross-functional teams, ensuring strong governance, operational excellence, and a high-performance culture.

The Successful Applicant

  • Proven experience building and scaling industrial / logistics / real estate platforms
  • Strong understanding of joint ventures, institutional capital, and asset growth models
  • Deep exposure to leasing, development, and asset monetization
  • Strategic mindset with strong operational execution capability
  • Ability to work closely with promoters in a high-growth environment
  • Excellent leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
