Job Description

  • Drive category strategy including pricing, portfolio mix, and growth roadmap
  • Translate consumer insights and market trends into actionable plans
  • Manage product lifecycle and support innovation with cross-functional teams
  • Lead go-to-market initiatives including launches, campaigns, and sales enablement
  • Execute integrated marketing campaigns across ATL, BTL, and digital
  • Track performance metrics and optimize campaigns for ROI
  • Collaborate with Sales, R&D, SCM, and other teams for seamless execution
  • Guide and mentor team members to drive structured, high-quality output

The Successful Applicant

  • MBA/PGDM from a top-tier institute
  • 8-12 years of experience in marketing (FMCG/consumer durables preferred)
  • Strong experience in category and brand management
  • Analytical mindset with strong commercial understanding
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Proven ability to drive campaigns, innovation, and cross-functional alignment
