Job Description

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of Data Center construction projects across multiple locations.
  • Oversee Civil, Structural, Architectural and MEP (Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing) execution.
  • Manage project schedule, budget, quality and risk.
  • Drive Uptime Institute certifications (TCDD, TCCF & TCOS).
  • Ensure compliance with EHS, ESG, statutory and regulatory requirements.
  • Lead testing, commissioning and handover of facilities to Operations.
  • Manage customers, consultants, contractors and vendor ecosystem.
  • Review and approve project designs, technologies and technical solutions.
  • Monitor CAPEX, financial reporting and project governance.
  • Drive customer satisfaction (CSAT) and support technical/commercial discussions.
  • Lead and mentor Project Managers, Construction Managers and site teams.
  • Ensure adherence to Code of Business Conduct (COBC) and ethical standards.
  • Support Build-to-Suit (BTS) and hyperscaler data center solutions.
  • Conduct site assessments and capacity expansion/upgrade planning.
  • Report project status, risks and performance metrics to CXOs and senior leadership.

The Successful Applicant

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering; MBA preferred.
  • 25+ years of experience in large-scale project delivery, construction management, MEP execution, commissioning, and stakeholder management.
  • Proven experience in leading complex infrastructure projects, preferably within Data Centers, Mission-Critical Facilities, Industrial, or Large EPC environments.

  • Willingness to travel extensively across project locations as required.
