  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive retail business growth and profitability
  • Oversee daily retail operations, ensuring alignment with the company's objectives
  • Identify and establish partnerships to expand the company's market presence
  • Lead Brand experience, marketing and digital campaigns
  • Monitor market trends to identify opportunities for business expansion
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of business strategies
  • Provide leadership and guidance to the retail department to achieve key performance metrics
  • Report on business performance and recommend improvements to senior management

The Successful Applicant

A successful Business Head should have:

  • A strong educational background, preferably in business administration
  • Proven expertise in retail operations and marketing
  • Experience in premium retail or luxury space
  • Excellent leadership and decision-making skills
