A billion-dollar parent organisation that is a global conglomerate with multiple business lines and a presence across multiple countries. We are hiring a Business Head for one of their upcoming business lines

Job Description

  • Strategic Leadership



Define and execute the overall business strategy to achieve growth, profitability, and market expansion objectives.

Drive annual operating plans, budgets, performance reviews, and business priorities.

Build scalable commercial and operational frameworks to support future growth.

  • P&L Ownership



Assume complete ownership of revenue, profitability, margins, working capital, and cash-flow performance.

Drive EBITDA improvement through operational excellence and commercial effectiveness.

Build and strengthen relationships with key customers, consultants, EPC companies, utilities, and institutional accounts.

Build a robust commercial pipeline and conversion strategy.

  • Manufacturing & Operations



Lead end-to-end manufacturing operations with focus on productivity, quality, safety, delivery, and efficiency.

Drive Lean Manufacturing, TPM, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Improve capacity utilisation, throughput, and operational performance.

  • Supply Chain & Procurement



Lead sourcing, procurement, planning, warehousing, logistics, and inventory management functions.

Strengthen supplier partnerships and supply continuity.

Optimise costs, working capital, and supply chain efficiency.

The Successful Applicant

  • 20+ years of experience within the Electrical Cables (HT-LT, Wires, Optical Fibres, Industrial Cables)
  • Proven experience in leadership roles within cable manufacturing organisations.
  • Demonstrated ownership of business P&L and growth initiatives.
  • Strong experience across Operations, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Procurement, Engineering, and Quality functions.
  • Minimum 5-8 years of meaningful exposure to Sales, Business Development, Customer Management, or Commercial Leadership roles.
