Job Description

  • Analyze revenue trends, identify gaps, and recommend actionable insights
  • Pricing, mix & promo lens: Provide the financial view and recommendation on pricing changes, channel-mix shifts, and promo spends to support the business
  • Present insights and recommendations to leadership in a clear and structured manner
  • Be the bridge between the business and the finance team and having overall understanding of the business including and not limited to only the P&L but the respective balance sheet
  • Ensure seamless coordination between finance and business teams
  • Supporting the business in evaluation of new category/channels/SKUs as and when needed

The Successful Applicant

A successful Business Finance Manager should have:

  • Strong business and financial acumen
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Comfortable working with large, imperfect datasets; advanced Excel and financial modeling skills are essential, with SQL query reading/editing required and familiarity with BI/visualization tools a plus
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
