Job Description

  • Provide financial analysis and insights to support business decision-making and strategy development.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure alignment between financial goals and operational objectives.
  • Monitor and evaluate financial performance, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Develop and oversee the implementation of financial plans, budgets, and forecasts.
  • Conduct risk assessments and provide recommendations to mitigate financial risks.
  • Prepare detailed reports and presentations for senior management and other stakeholders.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives to drive efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.

The Successful Applicant

  • Qualified CA/Tier 1 MBA
  • 10+ years of post qualification experience
  • Hands-on experience in core business finance & strategic partnering functions
  • Proven expertise in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting
  • Experience within the retail industry
  • Ability to interpret complex financial data and present actionable insights
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
