Job Description

  • Own and drive the P&L for a portfolio of products or sub-categories.
  • Develop business strategies focused on growth, profitability, pricing, and forecasting.
  • Lead brand-building initiatives across content, digital marketing, social media, influencer collaborations, and creative campaigns.
  • Develop compelling brand narratives and work closely with internal and external creative partners.
  • Partner with performance marketing, media, and growth teams to maximize campaign effectiveness.
  • Lead new product development from concept to market launch.
  • Collaborate with R&D, packaging, supply chain, and commercial teams to ensure product excellence.
  • Analyze consumer insights, market trends, and competitor activity to drive innovation.
  • Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders to deliver business and brand objectives.

The Successful Applicant

  • Location: Mumbai
  • 4-6 years of experience in Brand Management or Brand Marketing within Beauty, Personal Care or related sectors.
  • Strong commercial acumen with experience managing business performance and profitability.
  • Proven expertise in content marketing, digital brand building, and consumer engagement strategies.
  • Ability to balance analytical thinking with creativity and storytelling.
  • Experience in new product development and cross-functional project management.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Prior exposure to beauty, cosmetics, or personal care categories is highly preferred
