We're looking for an entrepreneurial brand leader to build and scale a category-defining consumer wellness brand. This role offers end-to-end ownership of brand strategy, creative storytelling, content, launches, and market positioning while working closely with growth and product teams.

Job Description

  • Define and evolve the brand's positioning, identity, and messaging framework.
  • Lead integrated brand campaigns, product launches, and creative initiatives from concept to execution.
  • Build a scalable content and storytelling engine that drives cultural relevance and consumer engagement.
  • Partner closely with growth, product, and performance marketing teams to align brand-building with business outcomes.
  • Drive high-quality creative output across channels while ensuring compliance with industry and platform guidelines.
  • Use data, customer insights, and business metrics to inform brand decisions and measure impact.
  • Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing brand and creative team



Location: Mumbai, 5 days work week (hybrid model)

The Successful Applicant

  • 5 to 7 years of experience in brand building/ brand management roles.
  • Tier 1 or tier 2 MBA preferred
  • Proven experience building or scaling consumer brands, ideally from an early stage through significant growth.
  • Strong understanding of brand strategy, storytelling, content, creative development, and consumer behavior.
  • Ability to balance long-term brand building with short-term commercial performance.
  • Experience working with performance marketing metrics and making data-driven creative decisions.
  • Strong leadership experience managing cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Experience in consumer, wellness, DTC, food, lifestyle, or related sectors is highly desirable.
  • Demonstrated ability to build trust-driven brands within competitive or regulated categories.
