Job Description

· Act as the ultimate brand guardian, analyze consumer behavior and market trends to ensure the brand remains relevant to the Indian TA, ensuring all marketing initiatives are consistent with the brand's global vision while being highly relevant to the local consumer, but also identify need gaps to translate into massive growth opportunities.

· Navigate a complex ecosystem, building strong relationships and influencing key internal and external stakeholders (including Zone and DMI) to drive the business forward.

The Successful Applicant

· Candidate should come from a Tier 1 MBA college

· Candidate should be from the batch of 2012 , 2013 , 2014 or 2016

· Looking for a talent from new age D2C, beauty and make up brands

· Proven ability to lead,develop and inspire a team to achieve outstanding results fostering a culture of excellence, creativity, and agility.

· Expertise in crafting and executing long-term brand and marketing mix strategies.

· Strong commercial and financial understanding to drive strong marketing plans driving expansion, profitability and share growth (especially in e-commerce). Manage the A&P budget with high efficiency to ensure maximum ROI. Work closely with Supply Chain and Finance to provide accurate forecasts and business plans.

· Skill in building cross-functional alliances internally but also across Zone & DMI and influencing across a complex

organization to develop products and creative assets relevant for the Indian market

· Creatively adapting global strategies to the local market, analyzing market trends and consumer data to define the right insight and build strong integrated engaging consumer brand experiences
